Icons in "Actions" column of revision log

Hi. I'm using v1.4.1.

When viewing the revision log, there are icons in the "Actions" column
which are not (as far as I can tell) documented anywhere. Most of the
time they're the same as the Windows Explorer overlay icons, but every
so often I come across a strange one.

It looks like the icons also have positional information (4 columns of
icons?), like the permissions letters in "ls -l" output. I can't find
that documented either.

I *think* I can figure out what they mean from reading the log entry,
but a pointer to any kind of official documentation would be nice.
I've been staring at 5.8 "Revision Log Dialog" in the user guide, but
nothing is jumping out at me; most of the info about the top pane is
concerned with the right-click context menu.
