bug: case-sensitivity for directories

Hi

I used to have a dir named "managers". Today I renamed it to "Managers".
When committing, hours later, tortoise asked if the dir "managers" was
missing - and having renamed it, I checked the missing-checkbox. Poof,
the contents of the "Managers"-dir was gone... the dir remained though.

I assume it to be due to tortoise-svn being case-sensitive, as opposed
to windows filehandling. No, the recycle-bin was not enabled :´(
