You mean /closeonend:1 ;-)

Look at the manual again. Somewhere up near the top, and in all the
examples, its states that you have to use /notempfile (when the shell
extension calls TortoiseProc.exe, it puts all its parameters in a temp
file).

NB. This behaviour will change when V1.5.0 is released, and the
/notempfile will be obsoleted, because it catches so many people out.
But as you're using 1.4.3 you definitely need it.
