error * Expected format '3' of repository; found format '5'

hi.
i use subversion 1.4.3 build 8645 ( server and client )
but i can't checkout my folder at client.
i find error * Expected format '3' of repository; found format '5'

i'm searching this error. they said, they found thie error after upgrading 1.2
or 1.3 version to 1.4 version. i'm not upgrade elder version to 1.4.3 version
now. but i get this error. again again...

how can i fix this error?
