Access denied

It's me again... :)

I've done this:

"c:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\TortoiseProc.exe" /command:commit
/path:"D:\my\project"

to commit from the command line the subversioned directory "D:\my\project", but
every time, and whatever directory i put there, i get the error: "Access to
D:\my\project was denied". Any idea on what could be the problem?
