I understand. My administrator told me that he just edited a passwd file - added the new name with default password. Unfortunately he does not know how to do it. It would be nice if Subversion team could add such support to the API and Tortoise add this to the client as well.

I do not see any security issue here, since user first time accessed the server with default password. I don't know why is it not supported. Maybe there are another reasons why it is not supported...

Any idea how could I log a request for such change in the Subversion code?
