User password change

Hi,

My SVN addministrator setup a login/password for me to access a repository. E.g login: Abyss and password: Changeme. I would like to change the password to something different, but I don't know how.

Is it supported by the Tortoise client?
If not, do we have some command line equivalent?
How to log such "defects" - wishes to the development team?
