bug(?) report TortoiseSVN

From: Benjamin Toso <benjamin.toso_at_gmail.com>
Date: 2007-05-07 17:37:24 CEST

When deleting a file within an a SVN-managed directory, the first file
delete can take more than a couple minutes to complete. During this
time, TortoiseProc.exe shows on the Task Manager Processes list using
up to 16% of CPU during that time. Subsequent file deletes take only
a few seconds. The problem happens from within a TortoiseSVN file
window or File Explorer.

I am running Windows XP Pro on a machine with 2GHz processor and 1GB RAM.
