I am using TortoiseSVN 1.4.3, Build 8645 as a client and www.devguard.com as
Subversion host.
TortoiseSVN is running on Windows XP SP2.
Problem:
When I try to Commit modified file (right click file in Explorer >
Commit...) , commit dialog shows that the transfer has begun (i.e. at
19KBps), after two seconds transfer goes down to 0 KBps, and stays there
until connection is lost due inactivity.
Other details:
Download (Update) works, lock and unlock work also.
History:
The problem occurred when I changed my ISP. I am now using ADSL modem Huawei
SmartAX MT882, and I am subscribed to 768Kbps. With my previous ISP,
everything worked. I contacted my current ISP but they cannot help me. They
comment was 'We are not blocking any port...' and they suggested downloading
different client. I tried to use SmartSVN client and it works, but I like
TortoiseSVN much more.
