I don't think this is a case rename problem. That typically shows
problems when updating the WC; the repository is quite happy to accept
file names which differ in case.

Googling for this error message leads to some not-very-helpful
answers, mainly concerning svnadmin. Ravi, I suggest asking the same
question on the users at subversion.tigris.org list. Before you do
that it would be worth trying the same commit using the command line
client, as they will not be interested in anything which cannot be
reproduced with the CLI.
