Another clue with this...I tried RapidSVN and Qsvn (alternative subversion clients that also have a Windows version of the cross-platform client. All hung on a particular file that was relatively big (file to add, so the amount of data sent over would be larger than minor changes to other files which were sent as diffs).

Qsvn gave me more useful info in the log window (TortoiseSVN doesn't).
It printed out:
commit modified <filepath>
postfix txdelta <filepath
and then totally locks up.

I think it's locking up doing that txdelta operation and it only happens w/ larger files.

Has anyone else seen this kind of issue w/ a subversion server? I'm assuming it's some server issue since I tried multiple clients that behave the same way...
