Thanks for the prompt ;-) I volunteered to post a new roadmap/status
page recently and then forgot. This feature will be in TSVN 1.5.0 which
will be released very soon after SVN 1.5.0 (depends on SVN 1.5 features,
of which changesets is one). When that is depends very much on the SVN
team, but I would guess sometime in the summer. Sorry I can't be more
specific.

In the meantime you can download and use a nightly build. It's not
guaranteed to be rock solid, but I use it at home for my work on TSVN.
