newbie question: change lists feature

I was reading the TSVN docs at
http://tortoisesvn.net/docs/nightly/TortoiseSVN_en/index.html

I noticed the "change lists" feature, something I've wished for since
comparing various SCM tools for my current employer. I immediately
tried this out (installed version of TSVN = 1.4.3) and was disappointed
to find that the change lists feature doesn't appear in the context
menu. Since I'm using XP here, I assume this feature isn't available
yet? Or do I have a problem with my install?
