I use them interchangeably because TortoiseSVN does certain things
better (from my perspective) than Subversion.

The way I use them interchangeably only becomes an issue when dealing
with eol:native files, such as with TortoiseSVN diff. I get CRLF in
the base copy and LF in the working copy.
