I'm sorry guys, but I've tried this again and it didn't work for me.
Perhaps there's something basic I'm doing wrong?

Here's the shortcut I use to load svnserve:
"C:\Program Files\CollabNet Subversion Server\svnserve.exe" -d -r C:/Repo

The structure of the repositories is:
C:/Repo/VisualStudio/
C:/Repo/Web

The repo browser will list localhost when I connect to it, but directly
inside the first tree object it says "Error * No repository found in
'svn://localhost'"

What am I doing wrong here?
