Feature Request: Allow the Checkout dialog to be resized.

Hello,

Some of our repository URLs are long. We have trouble
seeing the location in the repository that the URL is
pointing to without selecting in the URL field and moving
back and forth with the arrow keys.

Please provide support for this window to be resized (so
the URL and Checkout directory grow) and for it to
remember the size that it was previously set to.
