Committing via batch file, trying to avoid "no files changed, would you..." dialog

Hi all,

I made a batch file using

TortoiseProc.exe /command:commit /path:"..." /notempfile /closeonend:1

which works fine when there are changed files, but when there aren't, is there
any way to avoid showing the "no files were changed, would you like to..."
dialog and just close it?
