Thanks for the quick response.

I killed TSVNCache and also tried the reboot. It did not resolve my
issue. Here are some screen shots.

I cannot reproduce your issue. Remember that the status icons get
cached. So try a reboot or kill and restart TSVNCache and see if the
problem persists.
