I cannot reproduce it. It works with SubWCRev from TortoiseSVN 1.4.3 and the
latest trunk build. I haven't tested older versions though.

Are you sure it's the trailing slash? What error do you get if you start
SubWCRev from the command line and the WorkingCopyPath has a trailing
backslash?

Which version are you using?
