Changed files in TortoiseBlame

In the last builds we've seen the new options in TortoiseBlame: "Blame
previous revision" and "Show differences". That's great!

How about adding a "Changed files" entry as well? This would show you
the list of files that were changed in that revision. Then you would
be able to call "Blame previous revision" and "Show differences" on
each of the changed files. I think this would be handy since a commit
usually contains several changed files and those changes are related.

Just thought of this when I used TortoiseBlame and a log for one line
stated something like "Moved the code from the other file" and thus I
could not use the new entries...
