I'm guessing not. Symbolic links don't exist in Windows. From
memory, when svn finds one in Unix, it creates a file containing a
line of the path the file is linking, and it add a property saying
it's special (I don't remember what it is off-hand). You could try
manually recreating them by hand and see if it takes in a Unix
environment when its working copy gets updated.
