If it works from other computers with TSVN 1.4.3, then there must be
something differen on your computer than on those others. You're the
only one here who can find out what that is.

My best guess (I can only guess, as I said you're the only one who can
find out the differences between your computer and the others) is that
you're not connected to the same domain or have a username with
'special' chars or something like that. In those cases it really could
help updating the mod_auth_sspi module and add the new options.
