This is probably not a subversion issue, but a user error. Is it possible,
that you have copied the contents of another folder over the folder that
shows the wrong behaviour? Is it possible that some subversion operation,
like commit, was interrupted at some place and you didn't run cleanup
afterwards? This could leave your WC in an inconsistent state.
