feature request: "apply patch" should queue subversion actions

From: Voigt, Benjamin <bvoigt_at_wylehou.com>

The "Create patch" and "Apply patch" interface works wonderfully for accepting patches from off-network, performing the three-way merge beautifully. What I noticed, though, is that if the patch adds a new file (or removes one), the change is made in the working copy, but isn't included in the next commit, because no add (or delete) action is queued.

Would you consider adding this capability to the "Apply Patch" function?

I'm not subscribed to the list, so please CC me directly.

Thanks,

Ben Voigt
