At work, I had some problems with old context references to
non-existant share drives. When Explorer opened, Windows would wait a
__very long__ time trying to resolve the references to applications on
these non-existant servers.

I finally used REGEDIT to find the offending references and delete them.

You can turn off TSVN Cache and see if your problem still exists. If
so, it's not TSVN.
