TSVN 1.4.3 add funtionality

Hello,

I'm using Tortoisesvn version 1.4.3 on Windows XP PRof.

I'm looking for the option to add recursivley files and folders, but it is
missing in the selection dialog of the add functionality. Is this a bug or a
feature?

Is it possibly to set the focus of each dialog to the OK Button?
