Vista blocks access to the SVN storage

   Hello.

I use about 7 SVN storages with TSVN 1.4.3, all of them work Ok, and only
one doesn't. I suspect that it's Vista who's blocking the access to it,
because it works perfectly from all another machines but mine.

The only difference I can see is that SVN lives on port 2402 instead of the
standard one. Another interesting thing is the fact that IE opens that SVN
easily, but Firefox & Opera & TSVN don't. Also telnet is able to reach it,
so there're no 'physical' problems with connectivity, DNS, etc.

Please, if anybody knows how to solve this problem... I can't access my own
code from home, and it hurts me alot.
