Can't not find the "add to ignore list" function

I am completely new to TortoiseSVN. I am using the latest version 1.4.3. I
checked out my working files from the repository, and want to have Tortoise
ignore the "log" folder. I right-click on the "log" folder and mouse over
TortoiseSVN. The "add to ignore list" was not an available option on the
fly-out menu. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong?
