I know. I'll solve these issues with the case-insensitive pre-commit hook.

If this problem (?) is fixed in TSVN, I can minimize users questions about
re-adding a file and getting the error from the pre-commit hook.

If the user has a checkout in a Windows box, why it could need to add the
same file with different case?

If it's outside TSVN's realm (I know that some improvements in svn could fix
this) why the same problem was corrected in the commit dialog box?

I think the TSVN's team could have some worry about this, because it's the
best Windows client for SVN. And I have a lot of users having problems with
this.
