Hi David,

I'd say 'no' to both your questions. I can neither reproduce your report
with a current nightly nor with 1.4.3.8645. The OK button is grayed out on
both my PCs as long as the locks are fetched and it is enabled when the list
is filled. Using the TortoiseSVN repo as a test case it takes >30 seconds to
fetch the file list an the behaviour of the 'OK' button is ok :)

I never saw an enabled, disfunctional OK button.
