This is a new feature, so it will not be available in one of the 1.4.x
stable releases. You will have to wait for 1.5.0 to be released which is
based on subversion 1.5.0. I don't know when that will be, probably in some
months time.

Until then please use the workaround I mentioned in my first reply.
