my real post: I made a HUGE mistake and I need to know if there is any hope

For reasons I don't know, I hadn't committed in almost 3 months and had
added 40+ new files without adding to the repository.

Last night, late... I renamed one of my project folders in my working copy
using tortoise. After about 10 seconds I received a message that said it
was locked and I need to perform a clean. After clicking OK, the folder and
all sub folders were marked for delete (red x icon) and ALL my files were
deleted, only the folders remained.

I did a revert which restored files, but all my changes and new files are
still gone.

I was up all night purchasing and trying different "File recovery tools" -
they found everything that seems to have been deleted by me "interactively"
deleting (IE: right click->delete, press delete key, etc)

none of the files deleted my tsvn were found.

Any ideas?
