Not much to go on here. What version of TSVN, what version of Windows?

Did you try F5 to refresh the view?

Use Check for Modifications to check what the real folder status is. It
is possible that it has some state other than the 'In Subversion' green
check mark and there is a problem with overlays (run out of overlay
slots, overlay icon missing).
