Missing overlay for some folders.

Hi.
New to TotoiseSVN and SVN in general. Have searched Google and mailing
lists, and haven't been able to find anything general enough.
What might I be doing wrong to see a folder under version control to
have no icon overlay? See the attached files - the clearly point out
that while the folder 'Radius' is in the repository, it gets no overlay.
