Deploying TSVN

Hello,

I think this issue was discussed before, but I can't find it in the
archives or in the FAQ.

I want to install TSVN on multiple machines. The installation should
include a LanguagePack and should set the registry key
HKCU\Software\TortoiseSVN\UpdateCheckURL to an URL in the intranet.

AFAIK this can be done in a single step with almost no user interaction.
Can someone please explain how or point me to an URL were this is
explained?
