No, it doesn't seems to be the problem, my registry
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\FileSystem is always set to the default
value 0
I found information on m$ site about your suggestion.

Is it possible that the installation process has a conflict with installed
eclipse plugin (subclipse) ?

the problem occurs during "computing space requirements" (and yes, I've enough
space to install! ;-))

Maybe another idea ?
