Context menus don't show revert options

I am running version 1.4.2 of Subversion and 1.4.1 of TSVN.

I am trying to reverse some changes that were made to my repository via TSVN.
When I display the Log Messages and right click on a specific message I don't
see any Revert menu options on the context menu. In fact I don't see any
Revert options on any of the context menus. I am able to run functions such as
checkout and commit without any problems.

Is there some configuration option or something I need to do to get revert
options to show on context menus?
