Problem while installing IIS & TortoiseSVN

Hi,
   
  Can IIS installation really create problem in installing TortoiseSVN or they are not at all interdependent? I am facing the error while installing TortoiseSVN (Attached Snapshot). While installing IIS, it is expecting service Pack 2 to be installed which is already installed on my machine.
   
  The error in attached snapshot:
   
  "This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Please contact your product vendor"
   
  And the installer is:
   
  TortoiseSVN-1.4.1.7992-x64-svn-1.4.2.msi
