TortoiseSVN 1.4.2 - Explorer Crash in Vista RTM

Hi

TortoiseSVN-1.4.2.8580 (32bit) is causing repeated explorer crashes and
restarts (explorer restarts - not the box) on Vista RTM (32Bit). Installs
fine - but causes explorer to restart during various actions like
right-click My Computer - Manage, or right-click Network and map a drive.
Sometimes just a drag and drop between folders.

Have dropped back to TortoiseSVN-1.4.1.7992 and everything is working fine.
