TortoiseSVN does not mark a file as changed is you modify resource information

Hi guys,

I have modified the resource information from an executable file using a
program named Resource Hacker (http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/)
While preparing our application for Windows Vista, I had to include a
manifest in the executable.
After including this manifest in the executable, I was not able to commit
the changes to SVN because the file was not marked as changed (in Windows
Explorer).
Comparing the changed file against a previous version (using a diff program)
showed a lot of changes.

Probably the hooks implemented by TortoiseSVN don't catch this change.
I had to change a byte in the executable to be able to commit it.

TortoiseSVN details:

TortoiseSVN 1.4.1, Build 7992 - 32 Bit , 2006/11/11 09:34:39

Running Windows XP SP 2
Thanks,
Bogdan
