issue with icons and windows 2003; they don't display

Hello,

 Using tortisesvn version 1.4.1 and subversion version 1.4.2.

 Windows 2003 Version 5.2.3790

 The problem is that the icons don't show up. I restarted and they
showed, but when i made a change in the dir, (a change that would lead
to a new icon on a file, and the parent directory), ALL the icons in
that tree disappeared.

 Is this a known issue?
