Everyone will have to forgive me for how stripped down this is, but I
didn't want any identifying info to be made available.

If you add your own screenshots where I put --deleted screenshot-- this
could be a start for you. Also of note, we are doing version control
for .doc and .xls files so we talk about locking and you may want to
remove that part.

In addition, I agree with Chris below, in that, basic concepts should be
hammered. Since your users used PVCS before, take the time to explain
the difference between 'checkout' in most version control systems and
svn and 'check-in' versus 'commit'. Simple vocabulary often confuses
folks the most.

IMHO, TurtoiseSVN is just a wrapper for Subversion. So if
I was teaching it, I'd explain Subversion ideas (co, up,
merge, etc.) first, and then how to execute them in
the wrapper.
