RE: Renamed folder

More bad news follows.

I was unable to use the command line (probably because TSVN neither adds
itself to path nor offers a separate command prompt link).

I repeatedly attempted the merge on the existing directory (the instructions
were correct BTW). When I tried to commit, I got various errors (something
about a copy flag).

I finally created a fresh copy and merged it. This time the commit error
was:

COPY of PHP-openid-1.2.0: 403 Forbidden (https://svn.sourceforge.net)
