TSVN authentication

Hello,

I have set up the new svn server 1.4.2 and the newest TortoiseSVN 1.4.1

apache 2.0.5.9 authenticates against a domain ussing sspi and ssl.
this all works fine. The sever is win2003

my problem is when using TSVN to access the https://domain/repo from inside the domain
things work great as it verifies the users "machine log in name"

but when outside the domain then new TSVN will not prompt for a Username/ password and uses the "machine login name"which is not in the SVNACCESS file.

Is there anyway I can force TSVN to prompt for a username and password so outside users can get
to the repository?

any light shed into this is much appreciated
-Sean
