Right-click on short-cut to explorer or my computer, get two TSVN menu items

Hi all

I have a shortcut to Windows Explorer in my quicklaunch bar. It points at
%windir%\explorer.scf. If I right-click on the shortcut, I get two instances
of the TSVN item in the context menu.

I'm using TSVN 1.4.1-release.
