Auto-wrap in Enter Log Message window

Can TSVN automatically wrap lines while I typing if it's longest than
tsvn:logwidthmarker value?
And second: is it any way to hide horz scrollbar which is shown always if
tsvn:logwidthmarker property exists? I think it must be visible only if any
line longest than edit fild.
