Yes, I am aware.

After performing the svn add to the local copy, the folder shows up as a
standard yellow directory for at least 30 seconds (more like a minute).
Then performing a refresh in the window causes all of the folders to go
to the standard yellow folder icon. Then performing a cleanup gets all
icons to their correct state.
