Hi,
   
  I have following query regarding TortoiseSVN functionality:
   
  "SVN does currently not support special but in the windows-world legal chacters such as 'ÄÖÜäöü'.
A file using such a character in its name can be added but *not* committed via tortoise SVN."
   
  Please let me know what can be done about it.
