"Show all" doesn't

Hey guys,

Been a while since I bugged you :) just found an interesting issue...
after doing an update, I had left the dialog box open (updated at r730),
the developer sitting next to me had done a commit (r731), so I wanted
to see what changed. I clicked the "Show all" in the dialog box,
and it didn't fetch r731.

Is this expected behaviour? It's like the upper boundary of show all
is the revision that the wc was updated to, but not the head revision
of the repository.

This was tested on 1.4.0, just noticed 1.4.1 got released so I might
give that a bash as well and report back.
