Same problem here... with FreeBSD hosted SVN repository.

I simply added my username + @ into the URL, it's an ugly solution, but it
works. The real problem is that TSVN doesn't store that password... and even
pageant doesn't help. I had to upload my own key, then the situation became
more or less acceptable.
